Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the kokojp website accessible at https://kokojp.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, and any application or software interface provided by kokojp to access its services.
• "We", "Us", "Our" or "kokojp" refers to the operator of the Platform and the entity with which you enter into this agreement upon registration.
• "You" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a user account on the Platform and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal account you create on the Platform to access betting, casino, and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp), net of any pending withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet allocations, or cashback amounts credited to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be turned over (wagered) before they are eligible for conversion to withdrawable cash, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by kokojp to confirm your identity, age, and country of residence before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• "Applicable Laws" means all statutes, regulations, directives, and orders applicable to the use of the Platform by a resident of Indonesia.
• "Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or Indonesian national public holiday, during which Indonesian banking services are operational.

Eligibility

To register and use the kokojp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the Platform.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or voluntary self-exclusion agreement that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of kokojp or any affiliated entity or game-content supplier.
• You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must hold a valid Indonesian bank account in your own name with one of the supported institutions (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, or BSI) or a registered Indonesian e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) in your own name, for the purpose of deposits and withdrawals.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP) or passport, a valid email address, and your Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly should it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kokojp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access or use of your Account.

kokojp reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point in the account lifecycle. KYC documentation may be requested prior to the first withdrawal, upon reaching deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time we have reasonable grounds to verify identity. Required documents typically include a copy of your KTP or passport and, in some cases, proof of the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the kokojp Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable transaction fees.
• Supported deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Bank transfers are generally credited within minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, Monday–Friday).
• kokojp does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kokojp accepts no liability.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as your kokojp Account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be rejected.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts with incomplete KYC documentation may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• Our target processing time for withdrawals is under 5 minutes during WIB banking hours. Processing times may be longer outside standard banking hours, on weekends, or during Indonesian national public holidays.
• kokojp reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request that triggers our internal fraud-prevention or anti-money-laundering screening protocols.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change with 7 days' notice to Members.

Bonuses & Promotions

kokojp offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. A Member is eligible for a specific bonus only if they meet all conditions stated in that promotion's terms, including minimum deposit amounts, opt-in requirements, and account-standing criteria.
• Each promotion is intended for one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the creation of multiple accounts constitute fraud and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the specified period will expire without value.
• During the wagering requirement period, different game types may contribute to the requirement at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports bets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Withdrawing real-money funds before completing the applicable wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.
• kokojp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable, but reserve the right to act immediately where we detect abuse or where operational circumstances require.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Betting & Game Rules

All sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, and other wagering products on the kokojp Platform are governed by product-specific rules published within each game interface or market listing. The following overarching principles apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• All bets are placed and settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Odds are displayed in Decimal format by default; members may switch to Indonesian format or Malay odds format via Account Settings.
• A bet is only confirmed when the Platform displays a confirmed bet slip with a unique reference number. Verbal confirmations, screenshots of incomplete bet slips, or selections left in a bet slip without completion do not constitute valid wagers.
• kokojp reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet that it determines, in its sole discretion, has been placed in error (including manifest pricing errors), in breach of these Terms, or in connection with any form of match-fixing or irregular activity.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the BRI Liga 1 organiser, or the relevant esports tournament organiser) shall be used for settlement purposes.
• All live casino games are provided by certified third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the supplier's published disconnection policy.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per event, per match, and per day, as displayed within the relevant market. These limits may be adjusted at kokojp's discretion without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

kokojp is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We take our duty of care to Members seriously and provide a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity. Members may at any time request deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cool-off periods, or self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located outside Indonesia at the time of use, where this is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or syndicate play.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under Indonesian or international law.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, interfere with Platform operations, or engage in hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or any form of cyber-attack against the Platform.
• Chargebacks, reversal of deposits, or disputes filed with payment providers in bad faith. Members who file illegitimate chargebacks will have their Accounts permanently suspended and will be reported to fraud-prevention agencies.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kokojp staff or other Members, whether via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kokojp Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, audio, video, and code, is the proprietary property of kokojp or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or exploit any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

We process personal data only for the purposes of operating the Platform, complying with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, processing transactions, communicating with Members, and improving our services. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, kokojp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Technical issues, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. kokojp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such unavailability.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account Balance at the time the claim arose, or IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.

Account Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

kokojp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• You fail to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the request;
• You voluntarily request self-exclusion under our responsible gaming programme;
• We are required to do so by law, court order, or instruction from a regulatory authority;
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 24 months.

In the event of account suspension or closure for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and kokojp reserves the right to withhold real-money Balances pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that you have acted in breach, the withheld funds will be forfeited. If you are found not to be in breach, the funds will be returned.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kokojp is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated in our licence jurisdiction. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English.

Amendments to These Terms

kokojp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify Members of material changes by email to the registered email address on your Account and by publishing a revised version on the Platform with an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform after such amendments have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
